Nah i just want something that i can use to hit wood, walls, maybe someone that attacks me without leaving any mark on the knuckles

If you don't want marks on your knuckles, you need a different design.
If you hit something with some firce while wearing these you will probably break your fingers..

There are some posts where he details the manufacture.

Also it doesn't have to be all steel, you could make it say brass with steel inserts.

Is it possible to make the design i posted with a palm rest so i can keep my fingers in one piece made out of aluminum with steel inserts on the spikes?

Try ripping open an old PC, the cooling blocks on the CPU usually have a 1/2" thick bottom plate.
