Look for ASCOs on ebay. Dont get a fuel/gas valve they are like 15 PSI.

First question is, what's your air source? A 200psi compressor is expensive.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't build a barrel-sealing piston valve entirely out of metal components. It can hold as much as the lowest-rated part, if properly built.

Otherwise, an industrial QEV or a big metal spring-actuated ball valve would work.

Just some ideas.

Peace,
Pete Zaria.

maybe if you build like a piston valve with all parts 200 psi rated. but your going to need a realllly strong piston and a very strong spring to go behind it.

Nah, no spring needed if you make it a barrel seal and do it right, go with the all metal idea but I'm just wondering if neoprene would hold up to that pressure or would it just shred?

Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward.
Whoever cannot take care of themself without that law is both.
For a wounded man shall say to his assailant,
'If I live, I will kill you. If I die, You are forgiven.'
Such is the rule of honor.
