Thought so, you would have to take the same precautions on a regular QEV? Because I fill up mine full blast, it honks a little, but seals lke a charm. You use the same for your QEV, spudshot?

I've never built a pneumatic with a valve and was wondering if one like this http://www.rainbird.com/images/products ... v_1_bg.jpg would work? I know basically what im looking for, but some are just designed to make me question.

Ive never had a sprinkler valve not work. As long as its a sprinkler valve it will work. The only thing you need to watch out for when modding it is if there is a guide rod and if there is just simply drill your tap hole to the side of the guide rod.
