Fuel

Fuel is the combustible liquid or gas used to power combustion and hybrid cannons. Liquid fuels are volatile and evaporate readily inside the chamber, creating an explosive fuel/air mixture. Gaseous fuels can be measured using a fuel meter for greater power and consistency.

Common fuels for spudguns include:

• Propane
• Butane (lighter refill gas)
• Aerosols
• Ether (starter fluid)
• Gasoline
• Alcohols
