Burst Disk Sticky

They are expensive too. And cds wont work. They would probably screw up your barrel and they have a hole in them... If you had a small hybrid maybe but it hink it would hold too much.

British Milk Bottles (the clear-ish plastic kind) burst at 70-90PSI and are really easy to cut to size once you've made a stencil..so yeh...there u go

p.s. You do get a strange look if the dustbin men see your milk cartons with loads of 2" holes in..lol

I don't know if this has been mentioned be4, but a peice of duck tape stuck to 4 mil sheet plastic (used for landscaping and stuff) holds maybe 80-100 psi for me in a 3/4" sch40 union. I don't know the exact pressure, just going by how much weight I have to put on the bike pump to pop the disk.

I found a collection of companies that manufacture burst disks.

i got a idea, forgive me if it's dumb.

Shatter Disks, thick plastic, but a grid of grooves, like a grenade. i seen pics of burst disks, the hole looks small, if the disk shattered, there will be more flow, right?

hey guys i have a new suggestion to add to this, i use plastic plates from dollar general (plastic dinner plates red in color) i get about 7 disks per plate with my 2" cam levers, and they come 20 plates for 2 bucks

2 bucks is pretty cheap to make 140 disks :-D

jspellman gave me the idea and told me what to use (he uses them in his hybrid)

they work in my combustion fine, and according to his testing with a burst disk pneumatic they burst at about 60 PSI and when they pop they blow out a whole circle so there is no flow restrictions except for the coupling itself

just thought i'd add this
