Vortex Block Help

[The Spudmaster 2000]

I am interested in making a vortex block air soft gun. I know how to make one, but the problem is that I need some very intense and exact instructions as to how to cut the holes.

Can anyone point me to a site that can help me with this?

Yes, I suppose I could.

Burnt Latke is a website that has detailed instructions on how to make a BBMG with a vortex block. Locate the menu select bar and find a section of text that you are able to click. Then locate something with BBMG. Click it. The page will load with the instructions.

By the way, your last pose had some severe spelling errors. May I suggest using Microsoft Word to check your documents before posting?

Forget the vortex block, it's an unnecessary complication - just follow -=<font size="+1"><b><a href="http://localhost/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13263">this</a></b></font>=- simple tutorial and build a cloud BBMG, easier to make and the effect on target is the same.

Cloud designs jam, I've tried several designs.

bs clouds dont jam if built correctly. what do you mean by jam? you mean it stops firing and has to be shook to redistribute the bbs? or that the barrel jams because standard vortexes have the same problems.

Tell ya what, TaterTot Y2K, The vortex block utilizes a 3/4" diameter hole, with a 5/32" diameter inlet and a 3/16" diameter outlet.

Based on those dimensions and a rough knowledge of what a Vortex block actually looks like, whatd'ya say 'bout tryin' ta figger it out on yer own?

The BB jams at the exit point from the block. My design:

That is my basic design that obviously has flaws, but all the other designs I've built have always jammed in the red area.
