i am intruiged by the pop corn idea it may work, just where would i get massive amounts of kernels?

Welcome to the real world... with the exception of getting recycled BBs, you're just not going to get hundreds of thousands of BBs for cheap. Sometimes you have to pay for what you want.

Well, reality bites. Sometimes you just have to admit you're over your head, and you can't do what you want to do...

I suggest finding informal jobs you can do around the neighborhood. Rake leaves, shovel snow, etc. Ask your parents if there is anything you can do to earn a buck.

Why don't you just build a BB trap and reuse your existing ones?

i do recycle them i shoot into a trap and then use my shop vac to vaccume up the ones that have escaped. But it doesn't get every last one and thus i slowly run out of bbs
