Which looks better?

Some of you may remember my minipump and the following <a href="http://forums.spudtech.com/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=4973">minipump xlt</a>. Well I redesigned it again and was wondering if the new one looks better or not. Try to ignore the paintjob since the new one isn't painted yet. The only thing I changed as far as function is I made the barrel longer and a little larger ID since they made Tic Tacs 30% larger . I think in the final design the barrel will have a 1/2" pvc sleeve around it to make it more durable. And the new one shoots about 3x as fast (around 350 fps with a Tic Tac). Sorry to bring this back up...but nobody has an opinion? I'm making these as gifts so I would like them to look as nice as possible, and I have my opinion of which is better, but my opinion of what looks good varies from others a lot of the time.

If you think they are both crap then just say so, and maybe some suggestions on how to improve them. If you like them both equally then just say so, that way I know I can't go wrong.

I think that the new one looks better because it is more "rifle-like."

Thanks! Thats what I was looking for. Glad I managed to improve it... The gifts are like a year late so they better be good LOL. This one is a little harder to build, but I can't shoot my finger on accident anymore
