Yes, but even though an 80mm fan would fit in 4" SCH-40, MAYBE he wants room to spray the propellant into the chamber?

Well, I called a local computer store and asked for the old computer fans.....he said the smallest they had was a 40mm and it wouldnt fit in a 3". W/e, i dont care because I'd rather have a bigger barrel with a sabot...and be able to shoot cooler things.

Even if the fan takes up the whole chamber you will still be able to spray fuel in. Just aim between the blades. If the fan is too far in, turn it on while you're spraying.

Or, yeah, get a propane injection system.
