Has anyone used one of these as a trigger? I'm looking to get away from the chromed zinc blowguns and this was the most likely thing I could locate in brass with a correct size of NPT(1/4 inch). There is a good amount of porting as there is quite a few holes spaced radially around the valve pin. It is really just a big Schrader with holes.
You can see one at http://www.larandproducts.com . For those in Canada I know you can get two sizes at Canadian Tire. I'm sure a marine supply store would have them too.

Did not see anything on your linked site that looks like a big Schrader. Care to be a little more specific on the product?

Not specifically a schrader, just the spring loaded valve pin is sinilar. On the home page, look at the Brass assembly labelled "quick connectors". Click on that, scroll down, they're called Tank Outlets. You can see a close-up there.

Oh, sorry, missed that little tidbit of important info. I'll look closer the next time.

Other than that, I think it should work.
