i live about 200 yards from blm land and i was wondering since i could not find it on the internet if it is legal to shoot a spud gun there.

bureau of land management, federally owned land. I know that hunting is allowed on some of it...think you need permission though.

Call the local game warden or game fish and parks and ask.
