I found and then lost a webpage that showed the flow into pipes.
Thought I could find it again and share....but naught.
Essentially it was establishing a coefficient rating for different pipe entrances.

I remember reading about flow in the deep well drilling....basically, sharp edges are the absolute worst for flow.
A feature I avoided with the WaterDawgâ„¢ by bullnosing every sharp edge.
Don't know if it made a difference but it sure works well.
