how do i make my gun shoot better

i have a normal bbmg and it is very weak, sure it can shread paper but it can't shoot through card board ect. I have checked for leaks and there are none. I have a 2 inch barrel though, is that a problem?

Can you give more information? Do you mean 2" long? What diameter is the barrel, and what are your chamber dimensions, operating pressure, etc ?

ok yes i mean 2 inch long barrel i don't know the exact diameter but a .12 airsoft bb will fit perfectially chamber dimensions are 2 inches wide by about 7 inches long and has a screw on cap at the back from which i load bbs it is a cloud also sorry i forgot to mention that and finally the operating pressure is 100 psi

Your barrel is too short. Try it with a ~3 foot barrel.

I don't recall ever hearing about a BBMG with a barrel that short.

oh it does, it will empty a round in about 5 to 7 seconds at 100 psi not bad huh? Also, i have tried to elongate my barrel using a 1/4 inch sleve of pvc around my origional barrel that works ok but would i get better results if i had the sleve the same size as the origional barrel

How many is <i>"a round"</i>? A longer barrel would help. You can get 1/4" ID aluminum pipe on McMaster for fairly cheap. I think it is $14 for 6 feet.
