Sorry I don't have actual pics, no camera with me to me at the moment.
My plug leaked when I screwed it in place on my barrel-sealer-in-progress. I dremmeled out a groove and put an o-ring on it, it kept blowing out due to bad placement ( the one on the right in the picture ), and then dremmeled out a second grove ( the one on the left ) and put a second o-ring on it, and it still leaks.
I know that my piston works, because even though it leaks very rapidly, I can turn off the air and fire it and still get the piston to actuate.
If I sand the edges of the tee and plug and JB weld them together, will it be safe up to 90 psi?
Note: This is a strong leak, and on a pretty big compressor doesn't let my gun get over 40 psi.
