I can't even begin to tell you all, how many 1" sprinkler valved pneumatics I make, or have made for that matter. And these tops will save me a lot of time and hassle during the fabrication process.
Although 2 part epoxy is readily available;
You have to tape off the holes
Mix the epoxy
Fill the holes
And then <b>still</b> wait 24 hours for it to cure.
With this part, you simply take the original lid off, and install the new lid. - Simple.
BC Pneumatics IM'ed me last night, and gave me a GREAT idea;
A 1/4" NPT Male Quick Disconnect costs just about the same as any 1/4" NPT fitting... By installing one in the top, you can have a <b>single</b> blowgun (with the female QD counterpart) as your trigger.
Simply take the blowgun off when you're done with that launcher, and use it on yet another! - Simple, yet brilliant.
