I'm very interested. Making molded ammunition that I can launch is a great venture. (There's nobody in the market now so you can jump and get rolling before the competition starts). From the info that I read, you could make infinite designs and personalize each to a specific customer. As an added suggestion, you could also give options of customization such as color, lumination, etc. I'm in on it, I am very excited in seeing more designs.

P.S. you could also have a design "contest" for your first line of molds.

My 3D printer is up and running today.
Here is the first model I produced:

32 cubic inches of material
4 hours build time
Full color.
8" x 6" x 4" high

The pic does not show "infiltration" which hardens the model and brings out a rich color much like covering a stone with water.

Forgive me, the thought of a ballistic cottage was simply irresistable

Now that you´ve got the system running, might I make a design suggestion - instead of trying to reinvent the wheel, why not look to existing projectiles designed to be fired from smoothbore barrels for inspiration?

The most obvious examples that spring to mind are mortar shells:
