stupid california laws

well i had to go to traffic school today (sense when is it illegal to do 52mph in a school zone) and it was so boring! anyways, the teacher went over a few laws for california that are still on the books, but rarely inforced and i thought they were funny so id share them with you.
the first three are for all of california, the second 3 are for individual cities in california.
1. it is illegal for a woman to wear a house coat while driving
2. it is illegal for a car to drive over 60mph without a driver.
3. it is illegal to shoot a fire arm out of a moving vehical at any animal unless the intended target is a whale.
now for the city specific ones...
1. (hollywood california) it is illegal to herd more then 2000 sheep down hollywood blvd. at one time.
2. (long beach california) it is illegal to put anything in your garage other then a car.
3. (san francisco, and my personal favorite) it is illegal to wipe down your car with dirty underwear.

keep in mind they are old yet still on the books and pretty funny

i thinking they are extremely old. when we went on our breaks, he put the book in the front of the room and said anyone was welcome to come see them (he had them marked) and any other laws that were in this book that had to have had 3000 pages. i never bothered to go up there, i wanted out!

#3 is true in most state

It does not refer to drive by but to lazy hunters who shoots from their car/snowmobile/bike.

The 60mph thing covers really fast rc cars..... although i dont think they were around when that law was made. lol.

Hmmm..........hunting whales?

Would hunting them be anything like hunting a sturgeon? There is a very large one trapped in a large sealed off canal in clevleand. I spend my summers there and my Buddys up there and I have been trying to catch that thing for a while now, it is about 6 feet long! We managed to get it eat from our hands (Eats anything), but we cant figure out how to catch it without getting pulled in.
Also, dont suggest a spear gun...dad and grandpa said no.......but I can go after it with a knife.
