Why did you not just put pfte tape on the back cap. Instead of screws and o rings you would just screw the plug in. Thats what McCrowley and I do and its way easy. Nice piston design very clean and simple. PVC, foam, rubber and bolt what could be better.

there is nothing for it to screw into. if i wanted it to screw in i would have to add a female adapter and i wanted to keep everything in the tee so i have very little dead space

I know this is a old thread, however I am kicking it up for jsecifik because he has this valve now, incase he might want to try to make one???

Thanks Matt, maybe in the future I copy the valve but right now I'm bored of making guns


Just gonna finish up my small copper piston gun and add a handle to my air cannons
