SpudFiles

This was my first t-shirt cannon. I used a .75 in sprinkler valve with two parallel air tanks. I also used a 20 oz. co2 tank with a paintball air regulator to take the pressure down to a controllable amount. ill post a picture a little bit later.

how do you upload a picture. when i up load one it does not show up it just says The upload was aborted

Well..........simply i dont mess with spudfiles loading pictures although i guess its simple. Anyway, all you have to do is create a photobucket account. Then from there upload pics. Then from there you, after done uploading, copy the image code (automatically does this when you click it) then paste it onto your topic and you done

If spudfiles isn't working for you, try photobucket in the mean time, once uploaded photobucket should give you the photo link with tags like this
[img]YourPicturesLinkHere[/img]

Then copy your pictures link into your post.

thanks for the help. and for your information this one blew up do to over use and being dropped while it was charging. thankfully no one was hurt but i made another one that uses a 2" piston valve and launches the t-shirt about 50 yrds at 60 psi. it is pretty awesome

I too am sad to hear it's broken. It was a very nice cannon. I shall build one in likeness as a memorial!

OK guys i think the piece on this cannon that was the problem was the cirlced t joint below. can anyone tell me if the t joint or any or piece was a DWV and would that be the problem that caused the explosion

From looking at this launcher (which is beautiful, by the way), the piece circled is not DWV. The only pieces I see that may be DWV is the couplings on the chambers.

It may have gave due to stresses from the recoil. When you rebuild it (I am demanding that you do because it is a shame that such a nice launcher be destroyed) you may want to make the tee bigger. That looks like a 1" tee. Go with a 1.5" and you should be fine.

Is your school mascot a mustang and school colors white and red? If so it is a striking resemblance to my old school, except our colors were black and red.

EDIT: A quick question. The cannon had a wodden stabilizer on it. My question is: how stable was the cannon without the stabilizer?
