thnx for all the responses guys i can tell this is a good forum.

ok first off about the tape, as i mentioned it IS only TEMPARARY until i get my scrim and then i will paint it aswell, i need some tough heavy duty paint that i can get in oz land, sugestions?

The sprinkler valve is the same one as used in the tute on here entitled: 'how to mod the wrong sprinkler valve' or something like that, not sur of name, it didnt come in box and i pulled off label lol

and yes it is ALL pressure rated i dont really feel lyk having shards of plastic embedded in my gut.

name sugestions any1?

the front reducer combo is just a male threaded join with a bushing in it thts all, nd what u mean by shallow markfh11q

Spray paint, I would suggest Kyrlon Fusion if you can get your hands on it in Aussie.
If not maybe some Zinc spray paint, it's used to protect metal from rusting and it's quite thick so I use it for PVC.

Name...Hmm all my cannons start with SG, like my most recent one is SG-Vengeance. SG is an acronym for Schutz Gewehr, which is German for 'Protection Rifle'.

So maybe you could try something similar, the right name will come to mind in time. :P

markfh11q is talking about the socket depth of the fitting, DWV fittings have shorter socket depths then pressure rated fittings, this is one of the ways to identify a DWV fitting over a pressure rated one.

Edit:
markfh11q wrote: I think PN means pressure number, correct, and the number corresponds to the rating in bars?
Yes correct, so PN18 = 18BAR
18BAR x 14.5(PSI) = 261PSI

And DN20 means 'Diameter Number' 20mm(3/4")

ok thnx mrcrowly ill see if i can find that paint or i will just pick up some zinc paint, thnx man.

for the name i was thinking something like MG-15 or some thing like that, M for marble G for gun 15 for 15mm what u think?

the 'shalow' fittings arnt shallow they are correct pressure rated fittings

me like :hello1: i don't see what everyone's sayin about the tape, at least it's not all lumpy like my tape jobs turn out, if the lines were less visible it would look like spray paint

Sounds good, yeah MG-15 is a good name, a few people have had similar titles using the diameter as a number in the name.

Yeah I was aware it is rated, I was just saying why markfh11q was saying it looked shallow.

He He He.... Some shops at Bunning's .... eh?

Nice first cannon...
The tape looks better, than the pressure pipe would...
And the scrim, should look even better than the tape... ;)
Camo is top's!!

I actually rather like the tape, but then again I have always had a soft spot for electric tape, I buy it buy the bucket-load.

PVCFTW, please don't kick up an old topic to say something like, "I actually rather like the tape." It is OK to kick up an old topic if you have a suggestion to improve performance or whatnot, but not with a post to say wow that looks cool...

Thanks and welcome to the forums

this gun was dismantled and used for other guns, the valve s**t itself, and it looks crap compared to my others.

Let old topics stay old my friend.

oh and thanks...
