Thanks for the comments, and with the stock it is so much easyer to hold and aim steady. But now it does look like a real firearm so if the police come I can't say it's not meant to be gun. . .But who said this hobby had to be easy.I might make a high pressure pump and use this baby at 300psi,I'd love to see the power it has then.

Lovely addition RNA, i take it that stock was from an old break barrel airifle?

Sure did,it was an Iraqi made item I got from one of my friends,he has the barrel still lying around.I might use the barrel and make a real air rifle, barrel sealing piston would most probably be what I will use.

The gun is glued and I am waiting for it to cue and then it is ready to shoot!

Possibly too late for you to want to make a change to the structure but have you considered using a street elbow for the valve-chamber fitting?
It'll knock off about 15mm from the space between barrel and chamber

I had that thought, but I've already got it going how I want it so it's going to stay the same. But it might change, alot of things do.I have yet to use this at 300psi like I originally wanted to use it at,so there are is life in it yet!So it could get a change in the near future.

I realise this is an old thread but I do have a question and I wasn't sure whether its best to create a new thread for it or just use this one.
Anywhos, coming off the back of the 20mm copper tee, what brass fittings are used?
The reason I ask is because when I went to Bunnings earlier I found a fitting called '3/4" to 1/2 cap union" that looks a lot like the fitting off the tee. The problem is it looks like you have just screwed a 1/4" nipple right into the back and the fitting I found is 1/2" I could make it all fit together with reducers and such but it resulted in the pilot area being far too large.
Also where did you find a threaded schrader? I've been searching high and low for one.
Thanks very much.
