Hahaha you're close mate but not quite! Out of any gun I've ever made, this thing was the quickest. Took me 10 min to weld and shape the trigger, 5 min for the piston, and the whole thing took under an hour to put together and polish it up a bit. I must have put 300 shots through it at 200+psi and I've only had one problem and that was when I had only put it together. (the barrel was shot out an inch because I didn't run enough clear tube around it to make it tight in the comp fitting.) I just took it apart, cut off a fresh 6in peice of tube, stuck it around the barrel, put it into the comp fitting and re-tightened. Other then that, I've put about 2 min of maintainance on it :D haha.

Cheers for the comment mate,

All the best,

Mitch.

JSR is indeed happy :)

You really should make a nice wooden stock for it, to complete the "musket" look ;)

Wow, holy pile of comments! Haha. Man working the night shift is shithouse.....I just woke up and this 11:30am....Most of the day gone :( Ahh well.

POLAND, when actuating the gun, the pilot doesn't affect ya at all because of the rather large bend and the pilot area being pretty darn small.

Cheers for the comments guys :D

This gun in the higher ranges of pressure, combined with the very small pilot and a large actuator, makes for a very loud gun :D.
