Introducing the Recon Ops Terminator.

This is a launcher that I designed for my paintball team. It fires a cluster of paintaballs at around 300fps and has a minimun engagement range of 15m.

Built out of aluminium and nylon this launcher is very tough and easily takes the 300psi given by a 12gram co2 cartridge, which is used on the launcher via a palmers 12gram quick changer. It also has a sling and a shoulder stock.

The launcher is designed to be compact, fitting inside a doorway with no problem.

The launcher is designed around a vertical piston valve and features a breech barrel with a 44mm bore. All the internal parts are machined from nylon, a light tough plastic.

I only had three weeks to design and build this, the stock was a quick job but I don't intend to improve on it because this is a prototype and a better version should be done by the end of July.

What do you guys think?

Ahh so this is what you have been working on. This is really amazing, I love how you made it out of aluminum not to many aluminum guns around. Again really great work.

You live my dreams...It has become your reality... I am however fascinated by this vertical piston idea... it might just be the answer to my nightmares of trigger position vs ergonomics...

Sorry I meant to beg for a cross section, be it paint or hand drawn just to put my mind on the right track... Once again amazing job... Shiny Metal says one thing, and its very clear when it says, and I quote, "I will F**K your A** Up!!" No mixed signals or confusion...

Well very nice gun :) . The thing that is bothering me is because I keep on wondering on how that chair got destroyed  . Also...I'd like to know the specs of the vertical piston:?:...Its very sexy 8)

Nice weld job, especially for aluminum....lots O screws...beautiful logo work. The blocky wooden "stand" could use a little refinement.

Could you throw us a little diagram of your vertical piston/CO2 configuration? Nice job overall!

Hell, just make a compeltely different thread on the vertical piston. That would make it alot more organized
