its a pneumatic of course, the tanks are 4" pvc about 3 feet long a piece. Joined at the middle with an equalization hose.

The purpose of this cannon is for airsoft, it works wonderfully since i can in theory put 10,000 bbs in the barrel and shower the entire field.

Since the purpose is for actually being directed at hitting people with BBs, safety was my main concern which made me go electric over pnuematic.

I figured with electric there was a much lower chance of an accidental firing especially since i installed a safety as well as a fire button.

Also gave it a hinged barrel support and gator camlock for a quick detach barrel.

Lemme know what you think ^^

Doesn't the muzzle brake stop a whole load of the BB's flying out?

looks really good.. one thing i would suggest is painting it a different color than forest green.. Now im not saying you have to go OD green (though that would look nicer).. but I would suggest going with a gun metal gray or flat black. It would give it the mean look it deserves.

did you say hinging barrel support????

i take it you accomplished this with two threaded bushings threaded partway in......... either that or some other way which you will tell us...... right??? :D

and as for the muzzle brake, thats pretty darn cool looking. did you make that out of a tee or a cross?

and one lastttt note..... if you start running into problems of BB's hitting the muzzle brake, simply attach a "swiss cheesed" 2in tube down the center of the fitting, and cut it flush with the front of the brake. looks the same, functions about the same, and BB's wont catch in it.

The reason it is hunter green is because thats what they had at the store. The store that sells more colors is down the road but they charge like 2x as much for a can of fusion. Screw that. lol.

As far as the hinged barrel support, it just folds down on a door hinge nothing fancy. Its nice when u wanna put the gun away and compact it a bit.

Its the piece of wood on the front... by hinged barrel support i didnt mean the entire barrel can swivel lol, that would have been cool though but too much effort.

As for how i made the tee, i took a 2" Hole saw through the middle hole of a the cross tee to get my center mark out the other side. Then once i had a hole from the drill i took a 2 1/4" Hole saw from the outside all the way in until i made a complete hole. The 2" hole saw was only used to find center of the tee.

There is no issue of the bbs hitting the barrel because the hole in the tee is actually 1/4" bigger than the barrel itself.

and another thing i like about the gun is i took the extra time to make the screws for the hose clamps recessed into the inside holes for the straps. It looks great that way. You cant even see them its 10x cleaner looking
