Nice gun! I love the look of the all metal. I really need to get me one of those QEV's. You said you were going to run it up to 200 psi, but aren't most QEV's rated to 150psi?

I have seen them used to well over 300 psi. They are rated too 150 psi I believe but they are well built and all metal construction, the only thing that could fail would be the piston.

Well the square stock additions do look pretty homemade but functional I'm sure.

I assume you drilled a bunch of holes in the end of your barrel for the silencer build out. How effective is it?

It takes away the crack and gives it more a whhoomph. Doesn't make it that much more quite, just makes it softer sound.

I gotta be honest, I like it better with the "silencer" off. The porting makes it look schweet.

Also, You painted over your Quick Disconnect.......

I have done it before, does it cause any problems? I have never had one leak...

I like it better without the silencer too, I keep the silencer for "night missions"

Oooooohhh. I like the matte black. Makes it look sooo much better. I think it has sort of a FAMAS look going with that big rail sight. And I like the FAMAS....

yeah it reminded me of the FAMAS as well.

have you thought about having a bar from the front grip extend to the bottom of the tank to give it more grip potential?

I could have a piece of strap at the bottom, we will have to see, The great thing about steel is no drying time so I can tinker around with this.
Does anyone one else have any aesthetic upgrade ideas?
I was thinking about modding the cap on the chamber for more comfort.

I always thought it would look better on threaded construction guns if you ground off the ribs and or text on the fittings and polished them somehow. Also, if you made the nipples fit the diameter of the fittings with a sheath of PVC or something. But, it might be a little too much work
