So I've finally gotten around to posting a gun. This is by far not my first pnuematic, I've made too many to count. So anyways, this is my Mini Tennisball Launcher. I somewhat copied the design from Neospud's PPP but added a union for use with burst disks and barrel interchangeability. I so far only have two barrels for it, one 3/4" sch. 40 pvc for 12g CO2 canisters or whatever else fits, and a tennis ball barrel. The 3/4" is not pictured, I will update with pics soon. It has an adjustable stock, from an old airsoft gun, and a picticanny rail, for which I will soon be getting a Red Dot Sight.
I have also added a quick connect and a ball valve, I can hook it up to my air compressor for quick firing. I plan on getting a Palmer reg soon so I can use this for airsoft as a grenade launcher. It has a range of about 100' and all of the parts are pressure rated.

Sweet little compact cannon there, nicely done! Is that stock just hot glued on there?

sick cannon dude. like the way you made the barrel nice and short too. the overall shape looks like it would be really comfortable to hold. oh yea, nice stock on the back.

I don't get the point of having a burst disk along with your sprinkler valve. As long as you are also using the sprinkler valve, the effective increased opening speed will not really be noticed at all, but the time it takes you to reload sure will be.
If you get rid of that, your cannon will be even shorter and more compact.

Nice cannon though.

For now the stock is just hot glued, I need to reinforce it soon. I'm going to keep the union, because that is what allows me to change barrels. I have plans for a long paintball barrel and I might see about a golfball barrel.

Thanks for all the compliments by the way.

I just realized you glued the stock on upsidedown. Also try to put the fill valves in double layer pvc. I really like sights on spudguns make them look accurate  .

I puposefully glued the stock upsidedown to make it more grenade launcher like. I put the fill valve on before I read to always thread through double layers, I made this cannon awhile ago and it was the first I ever threaded anything into. It is actually pretty accurate just sighting down the rail, I just took that scope of my airsoft gun and put it on this gun for pictures.

That looks sweet. I like it, never seen a gun that compact before with such a large bore. Does the burst disc help? I've never made a pneumatic so I really wouldn't know.
