The Rainy Sunday Project
I started this little coax last Sunday. It was raining all day and I was bored.
Data:
Total Length: 89 cm
Barrel: 15mm, 79cm long
Chamber: 1" -> 20cm galvanized steel
Piston: hot glue, bolt -> 22mm
Pilot valve: homemade push valve
Fill port: homemade check valve
The pilot volume is still small due to the build in check valve.
The gun is still light enough to hold it in one hand.
The attachment of the trigger looks a little provisional because I wasn't in the mood to build a handle. The chamber didn't look so good anymore with all it's scratches, so I covered it with inner tubing which provides a nice grip. The filling port is basically a 8mm steel pipe and I used a thread cutting tool to make it fit the bike pump and to mount it into the end cap.
Well, I think that's all for the moment.
If you have questions simply ask.
