Hi all,
Ive been lurking Spudfiles for a long time. I had a previous account but i had lost my password, so finally ive decided to post one of my guns. I am sorry for the poor picture quality i cannot find my Mum's charger for her camera so i made do with my phone. I will ask my mum for her charger when she gets home from work later on.

~Specs~
-Chamber- 25mm PVC
-Sprinkler valve operated
-Barrel- 6mm PVC
-Scope- 4x20 airsoft scope, from ebay $6
-Breech- housed in some poly pipe
-Camo- Grey and matte black, with fades, stripes and i used leaves as stencil's (looks sweet)
-Pump- Just a mini sports pump, works great.

:/ i tried to follow the rules and not get my feet in the pictures i think they would of turned out so much nicer on a better camera. Once again i apologize for the poor picture quality.

Up close on my trigger setup, valve and scope. I still have to spray that other Hose clamp.

My Fill inlet a Schrader valve housed in some steel quick connect nipple, held in their with epoxy.

Breech closed.

Breech open.

Notice the Green thing? It is a straw with some tape wrapped around it so it doesn't slide into my 6mm barrel. Thus i have a inner barrel, its roughly 3mm for my 3mm steel ammo.

On the left my 3mm steel ammo. On the Right my 6mm Beads.

Nice gun. You should make a simple mag for it... And use it for airsoft. By the way how powerful and accurate is it?

Thankyou. I dont really think i will put a mag on it it really doesn't need it and my sprinkler valve and chamber is a one shot design. Power and accuracy im not to sure i know its the best gun ive ever built but i havn't really tested that much of it. i know it can shoot a dart straight through a can and stuff.

Mhux hazin :) the sprinkler valve seems a bit overkill though for a 6mm barrel, if you have spherical ammunition available you might want to add a small BB chamber between the barrel and the valve to give you burst fire, I had done something similar (on a smaller, high pressure level) here.

Grazie :p. Thanks for the burst fire idea, im currently looking into it. Jack could you also please help me with my images?

You have to copy the direct link on the right of the page, then put it between (img) tags.

By the way, you need a better pump, that little thing looks like it's a real pain to get it up to pressure!

i did that :S i clicked img then pasted url inbetween the img/.... Grrr.

Thanks JSR

Oh the pump, it actually pumps both ways when you pump up and down. Compared to my other pumps long ones and such the mini one pumps faster and is more efficient to move around n stuff.

Hmmm, that worked for me.

Click on the picture so it opens on a new window, and copy the resulting url, eg:

Add image tags (as below, but replacing the round brackets with square ones):

And you get:

Thanks Jack.

While we are chatting i wanted to ask without making another thread how do i sight in my scope? i figured making some gun cradle and shooting a target then while not moving the gun in the cradle adjust the scope to the bullet entry hole?. i tried in my room at a piece of paper but i guess i need some distance to what im shooting at or something.

No need for a gun cradle, hold it as you would normally.

Set up a large target (say a big sheet of cardboard) at a typical shooting distance, I would say at least 10 metres away. Mark a cross on the target and aim at the centre. Fire 5 shots, see where the average point of impact is and adjust your scope accordingly (eg: if the shots are going high, turn the top screw clockwise.

This diagram from a Weihrauch pistol manual is for open sights but scopes are adjusted on the same principle:

Just keep on adjusting until the centre of the crosshairs coincides with the average point of impact.

yeah okay. I guess i probably shouldn't of tried it in my room it probably wouldn't work from a meter away.
