Good stuff :) all you need now is a better valve

Too right mate but the problem is sprinkler valves dont hold that high pressures while im too lazy to make a piston! But ill probably order a 500 psi sprinkler valve which i am getting off a local dealer!!! Cant wait for my new valve..... 500 PSI + Sprinkler Valve = Carnage xD

Why not just get something like this? It should happily take 500 psi without failure and will likely be more compact and efficient, as well as much cheaper.

nice...
when you build a QEV gun and/or increase pressure used you can reduce the chamber volume considerably

metal fittings&pipes are not really that heavy you know - the thing is that ppl buy large diam pipes and fittings while a short 1" or 3/4" nipple will do just fine

i still havent decided which valve to use ....the qev definitely will do the job + its free shipping outside the US so i might consider that too ....thanx for the link!

And the new metal gun + 500 psi + ball valve is scary...cant imagine it with a quicker valve...now all i have to do is save up for a better valve!
