The only thing that can go wrong is the piston, if you make sure it's adequately supported (ie not having a thin barrel digging into it) and self lubricating then it should last a lifetime.

that's completely right. I paid attention to these things hence the reason this gun is still alive (the endurance record so far for all my micro pneumatics :lol: ) On my last plastic marker gun, the plastic barrel bent causing the piston to not be able to seal :(

My first one is still working fine! haha :lol:
But I had 8mm brass laying around and extra barrel pipe, so why not :D

cool so will it have the same id barrel? The brass is going to look great compared to my copper. good luck!
