nope... the slide valve is the part at the far right. if you look it moves during the steps.

I'm sorry but the red part is definitely the slide valve
The far right is a capped off space.

i think so ,too
i did some thing like that before, with endcap is schrader valve
but if i want adjust time qev open ,i must change size pilot volume..
and if i let this thing
little leak , it will reset itseft after shot

wtf with pilot valve
i think this is how it works (how step 3 in BTB's picture happen)
not the spring push the piston , the pressure in the pilot valve did
so if we ajust volume before and after the pilot valve , we can control how much air we fire(how much pressure drop)
that's theory

shame you don't have a spring reset on the trigger.
