wow, ok thnx, maybe thats my problem! Ill make sure to post my cannon later when i get it to work. Im using a "gun handle" shaped blow gun for a fill and release valve, so it looks pretty cool right now.

Try making a diaphragm for it, subterranean. Use some 1/16" sheet rubber, it'll always seal.

now that is just ridiculously small, how did you make that? Its really cool.

By the way, does anyone know what fits OVER a 2'' tee? does 2.5'' pipe? I need a end-cap-type-thing that fits over a 2'' tee with out the use of pipe. I have pipe, but i cant use it. i am making a tee valve for a new cannon and need to be able to take the piston out and it doesnt fit through an adaptor.

"hi" ok well if you HAVE to make an end cap w/ out using a plug OR pipe heres my idea...take a plug and shave off the end part so its smooth(now it will look like a coupler that runs inside the pipe) then glue it half way into the tee and half way into an end cap...Wait a second... Why do want to do this any way, and what pressure will you be taking it to??

thats basically making pipe, which i already have, i needed it to go outside. I found another, safer way. I'm making a tee valve for my cannon and i want to be able to take the piston out, but it doesn't fit through the adapter. I will take it to normal pneumatic operating pressures, about 100-130 psi. i figured it out, with the use of pipe (sigh), it will work and im actually using proper fittings, thanks anyway.
