This is my pneumatic that i built last summer (yes it is in my bathroom,no i don't shoot it in my bathroom 8) ) . it is also my first cannon, not including minis. it has an 8 and 1/2 foot long barrel on it that is 2 inches in diameter  (width of a circle). and the side tubes that hold the compressed tubes are 3 inches in diameter and i don't know how long.
i can shoot a golf ball into my neighbors field more than 200 meters away (don't know the excact distance cause i never found any of them, just saw them go past the fence). it may not be the prettiest or the most powerful, but it was cheep (50-60 $ canadian) and that is good for me 8)

You can preview your post at the bottem left and test the link yourself, and something is wrong at photobuckets end because it says "You must log in to share your photos".

That only works on your PC not anyone elses. Two choices:
1. Save the picture as a smaller file.
2. Set your photobucket account to not require a password.

PS it still does not work.

Very nice. But if you spend some time building a piston valve that cannon would be a monster.

Just ask for help people will send you links etc.

Not really that valve you have there cost you between $15 -$30. A piston should not cost you more then that. But i understand the Ca$$ flow issues.

I recommend you only take that up to 30 psi due to your use of DWV ABS fittings and use of something other than abs or all purpose pvc cement.
If you do not heed this warning you are risking life.

NEVER use abs on a pneumatic, much less DWV ABS.
NEVER use anything other than proper pvc or abs cement to connect pipe and fittings.

yea. weel it is allot more fun launching it at 100 psi and it has not failed yet after over 150 shots. and when it does it will not shrapnel like pvc does (i knew someone was going to tell me that sooner or later ...oh well) bye the way i am using standard grande abs solvent glue. and thoes joint will never come apart cause if you look close enough at the picture you will see 4 screws holding each joint together. you can only see 2 of them thou in most of the pics. and i would have use sch 40 pvc. but 1-it is really expencive 2-cant get it any where near where i live 3-i already hade ABS piping
