well iv made 3 working piston guns and this is my latest. its a piston valve in a 2" T with a 3/4" barrel a 2" air chamber and the piston is made out of a 1-1/4" end cap with tape on it. and for the vent is a 1" piston in a 1" T with 1/2" porting wich is vented by a 1/4" ball valve. for lube (on the pistons) i use KY jelly. thats the specs now for the pics.

nice. little messy, but still nice. is there any kind of delay between when you pull the ball valve open and when it fires?

have you tried teftlon tape? if teftlon tape and a pipe wrench doesnt work then there is something wrong with the threads.

I you are 100% sure that everything is well built and will last a long time, then you can put epoxy on it.

first off your avatar scares me. now that we got that out of the way i actualy thought about doing this and then thought you would have to be an idiot to try and make 2 pistons seal perfectly instead of one.(sorry) cool any ways but you should go exteme and make and uber mini piston to vent your second one like piston in 5/16 brakelile with a 1/4 brake line "barrel"

A piston that actuates a piston that actuates a piston that actuates a piston that actuates a... Well you get the idea.

i would just use the ball valve to pilot it... ur probably not getting much more performance by pilotting it with a piston valve.... take the piston off and just use it for another gun.. u would already have the piuston and thats the hardest part of a gun...

design a rifle looking gun...rifles are always cool...

oh and while ur at it u might wanna slap a paint job on that because u didnt do a very good job with the primer

why thank you spud thug it was a throw together gun so i didn't rely care
about primer stanes. im making a new gun today its a paint ball gun with a 3/4" sprinkler valve im going to use 45 and 90 degree elbows to make it look like a real gun and if its accurate ill put big ass scope on it.

i use KY jelly.
For what? lol

The piston + piston is a little wierd, but it could actually be useful. Why not turn it around 180* and make another, smaller barrel that shoots marbles or something along with the main cannon. Traccers?

Or just buy a QEV and conserve space and use the small piston on an entirely new gun.

for all you people *cough*spudthug*cough* that are saying why didnt you just use a ball valve. im pretty sure he wasnt going for increased performance as much as just being able to say "hey i made...."
