How does you pistol work without an equilisation hole? does it simply have an internal leak that allows equilization? and why dont you think a mousepad would work? too thick? not flexible? wont seal?

(wow not a single period)

NO, and that's NO diaphragm will seal perfectly around the edges without being inside a union. Mine are just placed inside the female adapter to save money (female adapter: $2.39, union: $9.99) and the unions look ugly and out of place because they stick out of the gun. A mousepad is thick, but much too flexible, and they are pretty porous, which would mean that air would just leak into the barrel.

sorry for the late reply, went on vacation for a little while.

now to answer questions.

a mouse pad would not work because it is neoprene foam, not neoprene rubber. the equilization hole is simply a hole in the diaphragm.

zorrow, this is basced on yours, i fell in love with it.

Yeah, that was my second guess... Andrew has a similar 'fro, though, and the color of the avatar makes it difficult to tell if he's African-American.
