Gator and Immortal are happy to present the G.I. Tactical Airsoft P90 Mod. Here are some stats:

ROF: ~115bb/sec or about 6900RPM
Distance: Comparable to top brands such as G&G.
Accuracy: Specially designed for CQB.
Feeding System: "Rotary Clip"
Weight: 6.6lbs - Ironically the same as the Real gun.

If you don't have the DIVX plugin, I would highly suggest installing it, the video quality on stage6 or DIVX is extremely nice and loading times are fantastic as well.

It looks good. But it also looks exactly like an airsoft P90

I spy a quick release plug at the rear so unless it's hiding a HPA chamber it's running off a gas cylinder/tank, it couldn't be a compressor if it's for airsoft.

My spudbux are on a vortex principle just because it's what I'd do and the layout doesn't seem right for a cloud.

I'm noting the fact that the right hand side of the gun is being kept hidden through the pictures and video. I was trying to get a look at the trigger valve ^_^

The ring pull on the mag suggests a tab to keep the BB's in til removed not unlike a battery tab to keep batteries in a toy disconnected til removed. No rattling eh? Spring loading from the cap end?

How'd I do? :)

The clips of firing look and sound very nice but dam I'd hate to be sprayed in CQB with that

I'm sorry, but I cannot hear what the trigger is. All I was able to hear was that the trigger is a prototype from a flash cannon. Could you please explain what this is?
On another note, the cannon looks very good. Very clean and looks like a blast to shoot.

anyone inquiring about the internals of will be pleased to hear that we do have pics already they just need to be posted.

@ Hotwired We wanted to keep all the looks of the original P90. We just wanted to have a vortex gun with clips/mags that can be changed rapidly yet still retain the P90 look. We changed the name to match the clip capacity And yes the tab is to keep in bbs and spring pressure keeps them from rattling. No intention in hiding the right side, its the same as the left.

@ mega: No in the video it was said that the original trigger was to be used for a flash cannon and that the gun itself was a working prototype.

@ imortal87: Oh right, so where is the trigger hiding :?:

I can't see anything at the back that looks trigger or valveish.

The whole gun layout is pretty tidily fitted in there, what do other airsofters think about it?

Is there any chance of you being able to upload the videos to youtube?

Sorry about the trigger mix up. Ill try to explain but it may be hard with out visual representation. The trigger on the original p90 only controlled a small electrical switch. We decided to keep that where it is and use it control small electrical circuits like our prototype flash cannon. The firing trigger is hidden in the rear of the gun and is controlled by pressing the gun into your shoulder.

Ill talk to Gator about having the vids sent to youtube, he did most of the internet work

@ hotwired its posted on airsoftpacific forum as well and they all seem to think it would be an airsofters worst enemy or best friend depending on what end of the barrel your on.

Oh thats what it was.

I saw the gun jerk backwards at the start of firing but I managed to convince myself it was recoil from the 6mm bb's and the thin jet of air which sounds increasingly daft the more I type

A shoulder operated trigger certainly is a new idea.

Nice work! I remember gatorlangman from ASF and he was also registered here under another name and had made a really cool BBMG, I'm just not sure what it was called. The clip thing is pretty cool because it fits were the clip on a normal p90 would go. I really like it.

I will see about uploading the video on youtube. The reason I posted the video on STAGE6 is because the qaulity is way better (HD) and it loads faster. So yeah best of both worlds.

It runs off of a Co2 tank/regulator as well as other sources (Air compressor etc.)

It isnt a cloud and it isnt a vortex Block. Its a vortex cap..
Ive been noticing that a bunch of inlines or clouds don't hold that real gun look enough and there are only a few real gun look-a-likes. A problem with the classic vortex block is that its harder to fit inside of a small package.

A lot of inlines have been built inside of a 2" chamber and I have seen a few that have been in smaller chambers but unless Im mistaken I havent seen any inlines in a chamber less then 1 inch.

With my design it uses the inside circular shape of a 3/4" pvc cap to create the vortex of air. Since its a 3/4 cap it works perfectly for magazine applications because the magazine can simply be inserted and locked into place directly into the vortex cap. If you include a spring inside of your magazine you can have your magazine/cap in any direction.

Shown below are a few rough concept models of what I'm talking about.

I'm having difficulty finding the internal pictures but no worries we can always take them again :D

Hopefully you like my magazine design and hopefully it will be incorporated into more inlines.

Here is a model of my next project:

Famas should looks good like that, bet some airsofters will niggle at the fact that it doesn't look like a mag though ^_^

All the concept diagrams seem to be incompatible with the layout in the P90 unless its the one on the right turned so the mag is at the top and the air inlet is from one side somehow..?
