Yeah that stuff needs air to cure. I would know... I had an egg drop project that it didn't dry into the box I put it in. I had to re-do it by spraying a bunch into a half-box and then cutting it to size. It ended up being very easy...
As long as one side is open it should dry fine...

That gun looks REALLY good. It will be so cool when finished...

I don't know if it would work but you could try drilling holes in the pipes and leave them uncapped to give some extra air. You could also leave the butt end open to the air then install a plate later.

Great gun, I want to see it finished.

Is the M203 going to be functional? It wouldnt be that hard to make it work.

To make the m203 work you could use preloaded cartridge like davidvaini

why not make the stock out of wood

I could make cartridges but I wasn't planning on making the M203 work, but I had the idea to make it a small co-ax, but the performance would be terrible due to the small chamber. Cartridges could work but I would need a place to fill them, which I don't have.
I don't want to make the stock out of wood for a few reasons, 1) too heavy, 2) I don't like the texture, and 3) it would be too difficult with the tools I have.

Thanks, and answer above.

Haha me either, this thing is dying of thirst for paint  The hot glue is actually holding up great. The parts glued on with hot glue are actually very strong.
The mag holder is some metal, I think aluminum, rectangular tubing that I had laying around, I just cut a little piece off with a hack saw.
Thanks.

@irisher and deathbyDWV, I sais I would make the frame, wrap it, then fill it and wait for it to cure with the butt plate off, and when it is dry I would put the plate on. Thank you all.

Great Stuff Might work but theres gotta be a better way, the tape and foam is a little ghetto, what about make the stock from blue insulation foam and covering it in something

Great gun man. One question, does the grenade launcher work, or is it just a prop?

yea make the stock from foam like above but cover it in fiberglass to make a sturdy yet lightweight stock

Stock is already taken care of, look in the first post for an update. I bought 10k bb's today and went though 3k in a matter of minutes  dammit I didn't realize how much of an ammo hog this would be :P oh well.

Looks like your still having some feeding issues, the seconds vids better but the first wasn't feeding right, try using a lighter spring

Nope no feeding issues, I just didn't have enough bb's left in it for the spring to push on. The first 1000 to 1250 rounds fire off perfectly then they start to slow down because the spring can no longer push on them.

the first vid on point blank shooting it was feeding it just shot 1 bb in like 2 seconds, the second was awesome

Thats because in the second one I refilled the bb's back to the top so the plunger could push on them. When it is low on bb's it can't really fire down, it fires better level, but with the plunger working it can fire any direction. Jesus it has a high ROF though :? It's cool though, even my dad said so!
