Kai's Darts

Hi im a noob here and the first thing i decided to do was to share the darts i have used for a while now. These were inspired by blowgun darts since i have been into them and pneumatic pvc guns for like 5 years. There are 2 main ways to make these, target points, or spearhead points. Anyway, first, you will need:
-printer paper
-wire hangers (i use spokes from an old beach umbrella because they are a thicker gauge and are made out of spring steel so they're more resilient)
-a rotary tool aka a dremel (You can improvise)
-a compass for drawing circles.
-a gluestick
-a ruler
-bolt cutters
-hot glue gun
-sicssors
Ok lets start, first take the paper and draw circles with a radius of 2.5cm(this is for 1/2" pvc barrel). Make sure you mark the center w/ a dot, now, take a ruler and devide each circle into 4 equal parts so they look like cross hairs on a scope. then cut all the circles out, once this is done, cut each circle in half folowing one of the lines. So now, you should have a bunch of semi-circles w/ a line drawn perpendicular to the diameter. now, glue on one side of the line, and then take the strait edge of the unglued side and bring it to the drawn boundary of the glued side, then roll the glued side onto the rest of the cone(cone design courtesy of sputnick). leave them to dry while you cut your wire into 5" sections. If you want spearheads, flatten one end w/ a hammer and use bolt cutters to cut the flattened end to a point. Now, take your dremel tool ant shrpen the edges untill you have a razor sharp harpoon like tip(spuntick also came up w/ the spearhead concept), or if you are just making target pionts, use the dremel to make a point like a pencil's. now, cut the tip off of one of your cones and poke th back end of the dart through the hole so you have the cone in the middle of the dart. now take the hot glue gun and put a little glob of glue on the rear and of the shaft, then pull the cone over the end and let it harden and wallah, you have a dart fit to fly 300 feet acurately into a target.
