First of all your spelling is not bad. What size barrel do you have? I would suggest nails. Here's how to make your nail suitable. You take some tape and you start to tape the end of the nail where the head is till the layer is think enough to perfectly fit in your barrel. If your barrel is wide enough you might wanna try marbles.

still, not a good idea............. against forum rules.......... plus maybe they go into the woods and die after you shoot them.

12mm (12.7mm) is 1/2 inch, try "AA" batteries. Havent tried it yet but isnt that also known as .50 caliber? maybe some muzzleloader slugs. But um no more of this shooting at animated (living) targets,ok? try to find some 45cal rounds that are saboted up to 50 cal, they will be lighter and fly with more power.

I never could find much that would shoot well in a 1/2" barrell,so I
drilled it with and 11/16 wood bit so I could shoot marbles and paint balls with
no hang ups..Its a little large for the marbles ,but boy do they shoot hard anyway. If I sort t he marbles I find that about 10% will go through a 1/2" barrel though some are tight.
This is probably due to poor quality control ,the larger barrel will shoot them all.

3/4 in cpvc fits pbs really well, and is a little bigger than 50 cal. i had a little wood nub that fit kinda loose and i shot it at a piece of scrap carpet in my basement, and it went right thru.. i cant describe it well but its little and awesome.also AA batteries work good ina 1/2 in barrel, with a little duck tape. try rolling some paper into a tube and taping a bamboo skewer in the middle, they fly well and penetrate a lot, a 3/4 inch sch40 fits cO2 cartriges well... only shoot em empty, and they will penetrate through anything, (if they were full they would explode on impact...............) good luck with ur ammo and welcome to forums. make sure to read the rules thouroughly.
EDIT: also most marbles will fit in 1/2 inch pvc

if you have a file you can sharpen the tips of the nails. if you use a TP wad they will go through a 2x4. they fit in 1/2 pvc
