hi
how to smooth the inside after drilling 1mm holes in a 6mm ID tube?
the small dimensions are the main problems.
inside the tube i like to move a spool with o-rings. (polished finish!?)

For metal very fine sandpaper works well to lap the parts in.
Visit an automotive paint shop to watch the metal prep for a fine paintjob.
If needed start with a courser paper to get a smooth surface, then go to fine to get a polish. If your surface is not smooth, it will take a very long time with just fine paper.
With time and patience, you can get a mirror finish. Note the reflection.
Course sanding was used to remove the pipe seam.

I would take some very fine (>400 grit) sanding paper and fold it to a ball. Then put it in the tube and push it through with a small stick.
Repeat a few times, and it should be plenty smooth.
