Take an empty 12 gram CO2 capsule and saw it in half.

Put some lead in the nose, hold it in a pair of pliers and heat it up in a burner until it melts, then let it cool down and solidify.

Wrap some masking tape around the end or slip on the plastic part of a used 12 gauge shotgun cartridge.

Sweet, finally a use for all those empty 12grams and 12 guage shells I can't reload. I'll probably end up using rocks or something instead of lead though, since I don't like getting cancer.

you could always use some solder instead.

Lead isn't a carcinogen - it's just poisonous!

There's always the possibility of ferrocrete as a filling, so long as you can put up with non-reusable ammo.

Or just concrete.

Anyways, it looks very stable, and so should be fairly accurate.
