you fail to provide information disproving my statement. By legitimate, i mean it could possibly work. Now if thats how it is done in the old days, then it could possibly work...

He was pointing out how you said it.

You said it was an idea (that could possibly work), while he pointed out it's a method in common use.

That's like saying it's a legitimate idea to drink a glass of water.
