New design for 2012 BL-520V2
Integrated 555 resetable timer circuit (3 minutes) with LED indicator - controls fan and igniter. Runs on eight AAA batteries with proposed run time of 8 hours.
Igniter and fan assembly all internal and resides in blast proof housing.

First customer of 2012 and "snow camo" paint job to boot.

Dang... That's nice. I assume the price will go up for the V2 model? I can't afford it anyhow :D

Actually the price is going down! The Grip assembly is now made from smaller pieces of material, less operations on the CNC and utilizes an AR grip from DPMS. The controller and igniter fan assembly are same for all BLs and assembly time is shortened considerably. Part cost is less with increased purchasing and run quantity. Also, we saved cost by designing and assembling the electronics in house... etc.

Still coaxial and sports a 60" rifled spudtech barrel. Cam locks are standard now to make shipping, cleaning and storing easier.
