Through the L.F.X is drilled a hole of 12.7mm (1/2"), a "Lance" was then made from Acetal to a stepped pressed fit with a length so that that when screwed in the spark gap was in the centre of the chamber. Through the Lance is a 7mm hole so that I could Silicone wires inside.

On the top of the Lance is drilled two Vertical holes of 3mm about 10mm deep and then met with two Horizontal holes at the bottom of said holes.

Into the holes went two electrodes made from welding rod and wires attached, (Photos will tell the story). I then insulated the tip with poly-urethane, with everything covered except the tips of the sharpened Electrodes. Anti static was added to lessen the possibility of shorts.
Works great (ignitor), I've tested it without a front plug and barrel as these are not made yet- Should be a Pearler-... I'm thinking Aluminium Barrel, Any ideas ??? Planing on a 30-40mm I.D.

Cheers
