Wow! Where to start?

Amazing job picking a theme and sticking to it, amazing attention to detail, and amazing follow-through.

Didn't really get a chance to comment on your past submissions, so wonderful job overall!

Very impressive, kudos!

You've captured the look while integrating a metering system, brilliant. All we need now is to see it in action :D

Wow...

That is unbelievable. You must have spent so much time on the custom PVC. I did the same with my M16 (link in sig) so I know what it's like!

Smooth operation... I'm impressed. Nice work.

The PVC fabrication took the majority of time. With a few hours of work a week it took about 8 months to finish. Nice work on the airsoft M16.

I'm puzzled by the delay in fire as well, It happens every once in a while. I'm definetly getting spark each time but it took three sparks to ignite in the video. Any ideas?

probably fuel wasn't mixed well or you might have let it sit and the fuel collects at the bottom of the chamber

I love the way you patted it lovingly when it actually did fire :D

Could your meter calculations have been off?

If you let it sit, it's even better ;) the gas diffuses and forms a more homogenous mixture.

I usually see two pressure gauges on metered propane combustion cannons. Not sure where yours is connected exactly. Anyone wanna tell me how I can get by with one so I can save on costs?

You only need one gauge in the meter and that's it. Don't see the point in having two gauges unless one is on a regulator.

As MrCrawley noted one gauge is enough, I use one on the outlet of the regulator. This gives me a pressure reading and a fixed metered gas volume for setting the proper mix.

As an update I was getting a gas leak with the pvc meter pipe and have since switched to steel pipe and brass valves for the metering pipe. Live and learn.
