It's not the simplest there is, and don't double post, especially on old, dead, topics.

He also meant it to be simple as it was his first and he is a very good pneumatic builder,I love all his guns, I don't see any of your 'complex' spudguns or any spudguns for that matter spit_spud.

hey i have yet another question

are there different types of bbq sparkers? and i mean bbq sparkers not like stun guns. because the one i have is annoying because the copper wire keeps disconnecting. that looks like a good ignitor. where did it come from?

Yeah there are different types of ignitions you can buy from eletric witch uses a AA battery to just the plain friction ignitors and you can get a good ark on em too.

ok. but can i put ducktape on the part where the wire goes on and it stiltl works? cause id assume the electrical current would still go through. aaannnnd where could i get one like the one you mentioned?[/list]

This is how mine set up i dont know why you'd need any duct tape?
You just drill a hole in your end cap big enough for it to screw in. Put a bit of silicone around it to seal it then liquid nails the bace plate under the screw so it earths out and the WA LA! you have a cheap and very efective ignition. You can pick them up from a hardware store DIY where ever your from or even BBQ shops stock them the cost about 10 to 15 dollars Australian.

so what keeps the chamber from launching the wood back out at you?

id say its screwed or glued to the end cap! so it would act a but like a stock.

Bubba, in view of the message legible on that cap, doesn't it strike you as strangely ironic that adorning your launcher with dark rants is in itself a very emo thing to do?

Odd.

It seems that your cannon is anti-emo, any reason for being so?
not that im one myself,
But I had a friend who just died, and she was sorta emo. but thats another matter.

Anyway, the original gun on this topic:

very basic, but as some company says (i forget which one), original is best.
Keep it up.
