Machine gun?ts a single shot combustion. You don't need plans,if you can't figure out how to build this then you shouldn't be. If you posted a gun I would have more respect for you if it was an orginal design rather then a copied design. Just base your design of this but make some changes.

yes the FAMAS is a "machine gun". its a french assault rifle

FAMAS = Fusil d'Assaut de la Manufacture d'Armes de St-Etienne
(Assault Rifle by St-Etienne Arms Factory)

i can build this just by looking at experament's pics but since he is a nice enough person to offer plans than it makes it a hell of alot easier.

and who said i was gana post it when finished? i just want to have one for my self, its an awsome cannon. i dont build cannons just to get "respect" from other members on this forum. i build them because i enjoy making them and their fun.

Whoa... Calm down people.

If we're going to pick apart each other's terminology, the term "Machine gun" refers to larger automatic weapons, like the M249.
Anything smaller is an assault rifle, or sub-machine gun.

Leaving the notes about terminology at that, I'll move on.

Looking at that, plans are not really needed. It's a very simple, yet original combustion design. (Which is applaudable). *Claps in a non-sarcastic manner*

Most of us build cannons for our own use. I don't why anyone would build a cannon primarily to impress the forum members, rather than for use.

However, if people don't post their cannons, and spend time on these forums, then the hobby couldn't exist. If no information is passed on... no advances.

So, as a member trying to restore a little order, I'll tell that you don't have to post your cannons, but neither do you have to get shirty with members that make the (not unreasonable, nor often flawed) assumption, that if you are on the forums, you might have intent to post your cannons when you build them.

^Amen to what he said. I build so many guns simply because I love building and shooting. But if I do feel like showing off, I'll do it.

Hold up, i thought you were saying to him that the gun he made was a machine gun.....

And did I say you had to post it? I was just giving an example that being orginal is better, When I show my friends my guns they ask if I had plans.....I say no I built it by myself to my standards and they're like "wow your good", "can you make me one?" They offer me alot of money ($200 for my paintball rifle) I say no, make your own it you will feel better and you can brag about...etc, I also build cannons for myself, but say this site didn't exist I would of still built them, they wouldn't be as good so out of gratatude for this site and mine and others hobby I post my 'creations' so others can learn like I did and so I get positive or constructive critism about my gun to make it better. I wouldn't waste $200 to impress people on the net, I do it for me.

So now we've cleared that up lets go back on topic.....

Oh and killa......'he" is a 'she' :P

this is my original design for a combustion rifle based on the famas it has a burst disk breech load and a sleeved marble barel. *the back part of the stock has being blocked off* and is powered by a basic BBQ ignitor.
