And I thought the CZ pistol bayonetwas a bit over the top :D class!

How about adding a rail so you can actually use knives as ammunition hehe

Apparently you can already get knives with a slingshot as part of the sheath.

Do I need it? Nooo! But come on, this whole forum is about things nobody really needs. It is the fun that I want.

Actually, this slingshot can not be carried in public here in Germany because of the knifes. It is my first home-only slingshot.

Just hope the welds don't fail and fire the blades backwards! Ouch!

That is the reason why they are folders, I keep them closed when I shoot. The idea is to fire at the attacker with the slingshot, if that does not work and he comes closer, you use the spray, and finally you open the knifes.

Me thinks you're a bit mistaken concerning the timelines of actual defense-related encounters.

You look big enough (in the monster slingshot video) not to need all that!

Is Germany really so dangerous? I was wanting to visit sometime but now I'm not so sure!...

Heck, why not combine it with something like this and inject the pepperspray directly into the bloodstream  :D

Had some time to kill today, waiting for my epoxy to harden.

So I made an entirely new slingshot, to be held like a bow, and with rubber instead of the bow string.

I tested it veeery carefully and with thick gloves. But no need!

It works very well. I need to make a slomo tomorrow because I don't understand why the rubber does NOT give me a nasty slap on my left hand.

Crazy! It even has serious power, in spite of the wide fork.

Looks deadly, a bit hard to get the optimum "stretch" but still workable... I also dont know how your not getting hit by the rubber when you shoot it... intresting.. It's happened to me with my compound bow when I had just got it.. it hurts.. ALOT

Story of my life  :D

You seem to have created the first "gangsta grip" slingshot!

You'll be wanting the "homeboy nite sites" to go with it :D

That's just about the coolest thing I've ever seen...

As far as the slingshot: NICE!!! I can't see any practicality in it, but it must make a great showpiece.

Joerg, it helps if you replace " attacker" by " zombie herd"

It is way more acceptable on this forum.

:D

I made a bat once that could fire an arrow out the tip ( via rubber bands) triggered from the handle.( not that far... )The top was lined with nails and brass knuckles " protected my hands" so to speak.

Your new slingshot it the second sickest weap..I mean recreational device I have ever seen...

Homeboy nite sights...

LOL.

This thing seems better suited to launch arrows somehow...

Its a really cool slingshot! About not needing defensive tools because of size, having more flesh and muscle doesn't make it any more blade resistent. People are vulnerable, especially against cracked out junkies who feel no pain.
Oh, besides, I used to go to kickboxing and the most dangerous dude (and I mean dangerous) was a super skinny kid who would never be suspected as being so potent.
