The barrel for the 2260 would probably fit...

Yeah it should fit. Il thinking of 12-14" barrel lenght with 2250 tube and steel breech. For stock gmacs adjustable wire stock and somekind of small scope on top.

Got "some" money from old jobs today, so my budjet is about 250€.

@Poland_Spud: Are you writing your own code or downloading from the net?

Twitter as a concept causes me physical pain but as someone working in the sciences, this is very entertaining: https://twitter.com/search?q=%23overlyh ... s&src=hash

This one is great:
Blood samples were spun at 1500rpm because the centrifuge made a scary noise at higher speeds. #overlyhonestmethods

writing my own

anyway the idea is that you don't have to buy a new arduino board each time you finish a project.. just buy a 3$ chip, program it and it will do what the arduino board does

here is a video explaining that idea and a tutorial on how it's done

The ATtiny85 is an awesome little IC. There's no better choice when you need some small, disposable intelligence in your project.

I just started a class on SoC topology and general control logic programming at my university - picked up this kit for $30 (through a 1/2 off discount code, PM me if you want it). It's made by Cypress and their coined "PSoC" topology

just a list of what's included on the board:
8 on board LEDs
28 programmables GPIO's
3 axis accel. with +/- 2G capability
on board switch (programmable)
on board 6-segment capacitive touch strip
on board proximity sensor
on board thermistor

can't wait to use it in class! (at least I'll be motivated to use it more that way lol)

This is funny, I'm ordering a PIC debugger/programmer (PICkit 3) tomorrow. Was talking with c11man last night about Arduino, but $20 a board is a little steep.

Take the picture, and your request and post it on Imgur.com and Reddit.com and there's probably other sites like them as well - you'll have a MUCH MUCH better chance of getting a response and possibly a FREE drawing!
