Even comparing humans to ants makes you feel small.

Accepting that you are a slighlty evolved monkey on a tiny rock falling through space can be depressing, but it's also empowering :)

POLAND, *FAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP!!!!!*

A trainable airborne airsoft turret!!!!

Shame they're using a low powered gun... who is going to make the first flying BBMG? With a side mounted fixed gun that can saturate an area while doing a pylon turn...

okay JSR, just got confirmed that you can eat anything to survive when food is really scarce, for example if you are stranded in an island you can eat wild birds or boars. :|

Anyway...here's what I've been doing lately (in addition to exams/assignments)...

Our 2013 FSAE entry. Less than 20 days till launch to have it (almost) done. It may look like a simple spaceframe at this stage, but it's anything but- the CrMo tubes have been drastically reduced in weight and carbon stress panels (i.e. a composite stressed skin) are being added. Runs on an integrated suspension/aerodynamic undertray, similar to some of Lotus's previous Formula designs.

Same here
the US government initiated this campaign to bring awareness not only to the issue of prostate but to all aspects of male health
Hmm well that's surprising - there aren't many men's health campaigns. Though their motto isn't the best IMHO, there's something in me that tells me exactly the same thing as the caption -No I won't :D and it does sound kind of sexist.

I don't think I've ever seen health campaign aimed at women that implied that women have some negative characteristics. I don't think something along the lines of These year thousands of women will die from promiscuity for HPV vaccination campaign or thousands of women will die in traffic accidents - because they can't drive would be accepted :D

600cc, 4 cycle engines only (Edit: that's a maximum displacement, you can go smaller). We run the 600CBR RR with lots of internal work and tuning, running a MoTec ECU. Looking at a smaller supercharged engine in the future. No restrictions on forced induction however you must run a 20mm restrictor (18 on E85), which typically limits you to 100-110 hp (if you put a lot of work into your engine) for the IC class. However the cars are very light (some of our monocoque cars have been under 200kg) so they're very, very quick. With enough money in the electric class you can be quicker, Delft has 4x27kW, 4wd and only weighs 170kg (though their build cost was ~$2,000,000)- 0-60mph in 2.5 seconds. Same kind of time as a Formula 1 car or the Peugot 208 T16. We're closer to around 3 (traction limited, 2wd is more feasible in IC cars), at 2 lateral G's.

Yes - the tone of the billboard is exactly the sort of patronizing thing a woman would say which would only make a man more stubborn.

Of course men need to be kept healthy, the economy would grind to a halt otherwise. And where would human progress be if men didn't take the risks they do in terms of exploration and manufacture?

On the flip side, if women were just as nonchalant about their health, they probably wouldn't make as many babies.

*gasp*

This country is changing me...

I would love to see a "This year, thousands of women will suffer domestic abuse because they can't keep their damn mouth shut" :)

Ron: “That’s your will? You need that many pages to say ‘Give my stuff to my wife?’”
Ben: “It’s a complicated legal document.”
Ron: “Doesn’t have to be. I’ve had the same will since I was 8 years old.”
*hands over small piece of paper which Ben reads*
Ben: “Upon my death all of my belongings shall transfer to the man or animal who has killed me. What are these weird symbols?”
Ron: “The man who kills me will know.”

That made sense, until men not marrying was illustrated at the end as a "problem", which needs to be "fixed"

This would have been better asked here: http://www.spudfiles.com/spud-cannon-re ... 23256.html

If your chamber is small or valve dwell time short, it could be that there is too little air to continue accelerating your projectile in a long barrel. In some cases, a longer barrel might actually reduce performance.

Post some screenshots on the GGDT thread and we can help you better ;) there might be some issues you're not seeing or a parameter out of place.
